ORDER
This case has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.75 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and file a final report 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, a closure report has been filed by the respondent Police and RCS (Referred Charge Sheet) Notice has been served on the petitioner.
4.In view of the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Court below by filing a Protest Petition and to proceed in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
