ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.07.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 451, 397 and 392 IPC, in Crime No.159 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and at the knife point, committed robbery of 15-1/2 sovereigns of gold jewels and Rs.9,000/- cash from the house. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 11.07.2016.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that even though Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner in the year 2006, he was arrested only after 10 years and therefore, she raised serious objection for releasing the petitioner on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested on NBW, after 10 years and also considering the serious allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
