Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4747 of 2020 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate states that Crime No.62 of 2015 was registered by District Crime Branch, Madurai against one Mohan and Chandran, based on the complaint of the third respondent herein. 3.It appears that the petitioners' names have been made use of for availing loan. As on date, the petitioners are not figuring as accused. At the same time, the second respondent wants to confirm certain details with the petitioners' because the loan applications are standing in the name of the petitioners herein. 4.In this circumstances, interest of justice will be met if the following directions are issued.

i) if the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, summons in writing will be sent.

ii) if any alteration report is to be filed and the petitioners are included as accused, the second respondent will notify the petitioners about the same, so that the petitioners will have breathing time for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With these directions, this criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
