ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents herein to secure the Detenu, namely, Chitra, aged about 27 years and produce the detenue before this Court and set her liberty.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint that his daughter was missing. On receipt of the same, the respondent police has secured the daughter of the petitioner handed over to the petitioner.
