This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 11.04.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 109 of IPC., on 17.06.2018.
