For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 35 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
2.Earlier by order dated 21.01.2020, already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is appears that though order was passed as early as on 21.01.2020, now this petition filed on the ground that the petitioner is unable to furnish sureties, he wants one more chances to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.4858 of 2020 on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. It is also made clear in the event of any further delay to furnish the sureties, the respondent polcie shall act in accordance with law. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 31.03.2020, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
