This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proposed accused have trespassed into the petitioner's house and tried to vacate the land premises. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
