O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent-Transport Corporation made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 30.07.2021 made in W.P.(MD) No.13140 of 2021, 80% of the amount due to the petitioner was settled. The balance due amount will be settled within a period of six weeks.

2. In view of the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
