: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's statutory objections given under Section 3C of the National Highways Act, 1956, dated 23.04.2018, within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

Aggrieved over the land acquisition made by the respondents, the petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that personal hearing was not afforded. The date of public hearing was fixed as 10.03.2018 and the petitioner has submitted his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
objections to the fourth respondent on 23.04.2018. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 23.04.2018 in letter and spirit and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
