RESPONDENT/PETITIONER/ PETITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Permit the Petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount in to the credit of M.C.No.60/2018 on the file of the Family Court Sivagangai pending disposal of the Crl.RC(MD)No. 487/2020 on the file of this Honourable Court.

PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD)No.487 of 2020:

Pleased to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.60 of 2018 dated 17.02.2020 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.J.JOHN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner / wife to withdraw the deposited amount into the credit of M.C.No.60 of 2018, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that without prejudice to the case, the first petitioner / wife may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent / wife before the trial Court.

3.Respondent has no serious objection.

CRL MP(MD) No.2618 of 2021 4.In view of the above submission, this Court permits the first petitioner / wife to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent / husband. Hence, this Petition is allowed.
