This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to register a case/FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2017 and investigate into the case.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the third respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the third respondent on the basis of the statement made by the petitioner.
