3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint had been received from one Akilan. But FIR is yet to be registered. It is a case of job rocketing.

4.Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
