ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Uthamapalayam on first Monday of every English calendar month, until further orders.

2. This Court vide order dated 31.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 10098 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD). No.963 of 2025, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court on dated 31.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.10098 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD). No.963 of 2025, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
