ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner wants to gift his land in favour of the third respondent municipality. As and when such a gift deed is presented, the second respondent may not have any difficulty for registering the same. Ofcourse, the petitioner must have the competence to execute the gift deed and it should also be accepted by the third respondent. Subject to the fulfilment of all the formalities, the second respondent is directed to register the petition mentioned document.
