ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Crime No.1 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Since the petitioner has committed serious offence under Section 489(A) to (D) of IPC and he is having one previous case in similar nature and that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
