ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 12.11.2024, made in W.P.(MD)No.26885 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the transport Corporation to release the eligible amount to the writ petitioner.

2.The respondent transport Corporation has passed an order dated 04.01.2025, to the effect that they have already released the eligible amount and the petitioner is not entitled to any further amount. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.01.2025, if he is so advised. 24.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
