To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1094/2026 dated 22.01.2026 in SC No. 96/2025 learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crime No.389/2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1094 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
