ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.153 of 2021 by this Court.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the complaint was closed due to the noncooperation on the side of the petitioner. The relevant documents are also placed before this Court.
