ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 120 (b), 379, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.315 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner is a former employee of the de facto complainant's company. It appears that there is a cheque dishonour case pending between the de facto complainant and the company. The case of the de facto complainant is that the petitioner had stolen the signed blank cheque and given it to the other company.

4.Therefore, this Court is of the prima facie of the view that the de facto complainant wants to create defence for him in the cheque dishonour's case. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District and on his executing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
