strictly follow the circular of the Inspector General of Registration, dated 04.10.2018 while disposing the petitioner's protest petition dated 04.08.2020 after evaluating the materials submitted on the side of the petitioner.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents have included unnecessary persons and issued joint patta rather than including the petitioner and his family members.

3.The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's claim, conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to all the necessary parties and pass an order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observation, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
