Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to restore the revenue records to original name of Muppidathi Amman deity by deleting the name of second the third respondents with respect to Natham Survey No. 1481 having an extent of 0.00.88 are within a specific period.

By consent of both the counsels the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to the first respondent to restore the revenue records by deleting the names of second and third respondent , the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied it the appeal dated 27.01.2015 pending before the first respondent to be disposed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the appeal, there shall a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 27.01.2015 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. While disposing of the appeal, the first respondent shall give due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent in the appeal.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands ordered accordingly. No costs.
