RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in order passed by this Honorable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.819 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.91 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.819 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.91 of 2020, dated 24.02.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.819 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.91 of 2020, dated 24.02.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.
