ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged the proceedings in S.T.C.No.369 of 2019 in this petition and the case in S.T.C.No.369 of 2019 was dismissed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram on 20.10.2022, since the complainant did not 1/3
appear for several hearings. Hence, the learned counsel submits that the Criminal Original Petition to quash the above proceedings has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
