ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.140 of 2026 regarding the land dispute. So far, no case has been registered as against this petitioner.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to dispose of the said complaint within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
