This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the 1st respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul dated 25.01.2017 in C.C.No.541 of 2016. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the second respondent pending in C.C.No.541 of 2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
