2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the present petition is filed for the third time, seeking anticipatory bail and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition. He also submitted that A2 is still absconding and A3 has filed anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court and the same was also dismissed and as per the earlier order dated 28.08.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10339 of 2017, the interrogation of the petitioner is necessary.
