This petition is filed to direct the respondents to accord adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence his land in Survey Nos.193/1, 193/2, 193/4, 193/5, 193/7C, 193/14 of Thimmanatham Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and also to the petitioner life and limb, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that with regard to the alleged property dispute, two criminal cases were registered against both parties and civil litigations are also pending before the competent court.
