ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2017 as against the respondents 3 to 5.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been referred to the District Legal Services Committee and the respondent police is awaiting for report and on receipt of the report from the said committee, further action will be taken on the petitioner's complaint.
