ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1043 days in preferring Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 08.11.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.3490 of 2022 by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
