ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that A.S.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai, was dismissed as withdrawn and uncontested on 20.12.2022, by the counsel. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
