ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.1 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.This Court granted interim protection to the petitioner as to enable the petitioner to amicably resolve the issue. Even after sufficient time was granted, it appears that the petitioner is unable to settle the issue.

4.Therefore, this Court is of the view that this petition has to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
