ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in Survey no. 832/11 at Kannudayanpatti Panchayat, Manaparai Panchayat Union, Manaparai Taluk, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been given by the petitioner to the official respondents on 20.02.2024 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent. Since the representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner 2/5

prays for appropriate directions.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the 2nd respondent has already issued notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act.

4. It is seen from the records that the 2nd respondent has issued notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act. Based on the said notice, the proceedings shall be concluded by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
