To direct the Trial court to expedite the Trial in S.T.C No. 453/2015 on the file of the fast Track Court No. 1 cum J.M No. I Madurai within a stipulated period fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, in the presence of Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, Advocate for the Petitioners and Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate Criminal Side, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: By letter dated 31.10.2018, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FTC @ ML ), Madurai, has requested further time of two months for disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.453 of 2015. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 29.11.2017.
