PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2017 as against the third respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2017 as against the third respondent herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 13.08.2017, based on the statement given by the petitioner.

3.The said contention was disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stating that the statement has been obtained only by force. However, the learned counsel seeks liberty to approach the concerned Court to redress her grievance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned seeking appropriate relief.
