Heard M/s.Jeyarani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and M/s.P.Sona Alagesh, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. 2.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.I do not find any infirmity in the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai. Just because of the petitioner had made a representation seeking for conducting Kumbabishegam in two temples only namely, Arulmigu Muthukrishna Perumal Kovil and Muthalamman Kovil, Velichanatham Village, by inclusion of third temple namely, Selva https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vinayagar Kovil in V.Meenatchipuram, by permitting both villagers to perform the Kumbabishegam by appointing iyers, no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner herein. As such there are no merits in the present Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs.
