This petition is filed for a direction to direct the official respondents not to harass the petitioners without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that under the guise of enquiry the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the enquiry and produce relevant documents to establish their innocence enabling the completion of enquiry. 3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would submit that the summon has been issued to the petitioners on 11.03.2020, to appear on 18.03.2020. Further, already a civil dispute is pending before the appropriate forum for the very same issue. 4.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry and is directed to furnish the relevant documents with regard to the civil suit, since the respondent law enforcing agency undertakes not to harass the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
