This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17239 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate submits that a third party has filed an appeal as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.17239 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD)No.803 of 2024 and an order of interim stay has also been granted by the Division Bench of this Court.
