ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 26.02.2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil vide order dated 30.01.2025.

2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to delete the condition No.(*)7(ii) of the bail order dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.

3. To the above extent this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
