ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed by the accused person in C.C.No.2501 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II Court, Madurai seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein they have been charged for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 121(1), 324(4) and 351(3) of BNS 2023. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a Joint Compromise, wherein the defacto complainant is agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the defacto complainant has appeared in person and he also acknowledged the fact that he has no objection for quashing the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.2501 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II Court, Madurai stands quashed. Consequently, the criminal original petition stands allowed. 10.03.2026 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No rgm 3/4
