ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 4 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.01.2023, when the de-facto complainant was in scene of occurrence, the petitioner along with the other accused persons are said to have robbed 30grams of gold articles and 50grams of silver articles and a cellphone, totally worth of Rs.64,500/- from him. Hence, the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4.There are two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A2. Even according to the case of the prosecution, the first accused was arrested and except the cellphone, 30 grams of gold articles and 50 grams of silver articles are yet to be recovered. It is a case of 392 of IPC and as such the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. 5.In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
