ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.217 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a revision challenging the earlier order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a revision, if so advised. No costs.
