200 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARTHIKEYA VENKITACHALA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4711 of 2018, dated 26.03.2018.

2.This Court, by order dated 26.03.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4711 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

unfortunately the petitioners are not in a position to arrange the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, they pray for extension of time.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the order is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
