Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 17.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1319 of 2022, directing the petitioner shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Daily twice at 10.00 am 05.00 pm for 30 days thereafter, the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 am until further orders.

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.1319 of 2022, dated 17.03.2022 directing the petitioner to stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Daily twice at 10.00 am 05.00 pm for 30 days thereafter, he shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 am until further orders.

2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.1319 of 2022, dated 17.03.2022 has granted bail with the above conditions. Aggrieved by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5593 of 2022 the said order, the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking modification of the conditions.

3.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Thideer Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders and the other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, shall remain unaltered. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
