ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 13.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.26040 of 2023.

2. The contempt petitioner has alleged that though the pay bills were placed before the concerned authorities, they were not clearing it and insisting upon the signature of the School Secretary.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the pay bills of the petitioner have been cleared up to date and they would continue to clear the pay bills without insisting upon the signature of the School Secretary, unless there is no other legal impediment.

4. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. 03.06.2024 2/4
