Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 08.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.Nos.1112 and 1177 of 2022, directing the petitioners shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm for 30 days, thereafter, they shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders.

COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.Nos.1112 and 1177 of 2022, dated 08.03.2022, directing the petitioners to stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm for 30 days, thereafter, they shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders.

2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.Nos.1112 and 1177 of 2022, dated 08.03.2022 has granted anticipatory bail with the above conditions. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners have filed the present petition, seeking modification of the conditions. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders and the other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, shall remain unaltered.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
