ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.203 of 2019. One of her sons suffered conviction in a criminal case. 1/4
After coming out from the jail, he is alleged to have forged the petitioner's signature and also filed a civil suit on that basis. 3.The case is presently being investigated by the fourth respondent. The petitioner has given certain reasons as to why she is asking for transfer of investigation.
4.I am of the view that in the very nature of things, the case of this nature must be investigated only by the District Crime Branch. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to withdraw the case from the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed on these terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
