Though the petitioners have sought to challenge the enquiry notice on the file of the 1st respondent, today the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would bring to my notice that enquiry was conducted on 26.02.2025 and considering the pendency of civil suit in O.S.No.130 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Kulitalai, the proceedings have been dropped.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
