ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the neighbour of the private respondent. On a complaint made by the petitioner, the respondent No.4 has asked the Revenue Inspector, Singampunari, in and by the proceedings dated 20.10.2020 to conduct an enquiry and make an inspection and file a report.

2.Pursuant to the above said order, the Village Administrative Officer found that there was an encroachment, as submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader.

3.In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.4 to take appropriate action by following the procedure of law against the alleged encroachment made by the respondent No.7 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
