ORDER

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to modify the condition No.6(b) the 2nd petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs fifty thousand only) to the credit of crime No.2 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram in CRL O.P.(MD) No.16 of 2026 dated 10.12.2025 of this Court and extend the time limit. 2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the conditional order passed by this Court directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2025 before the 2/4

learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ramanathapuram is onerous and that too in the anticipatory bail application, without conducting trial, it is not appropriate to impose such condition and hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto and the time limit already granted by this Court is extended for further period of one month to comply with the other conditions imposed on this petitioner. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
