ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding appointment on compassionate ground.
2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.As the petitioner's husband died, while he was in service under the respondents, the petitioner, praying for appointment on compassionate ground, submitted a representation to the respondents, which, according to the petitioner, has not seen any light so far and hence, the petitioner has knocked at the doors of this Court, for appropriate directions to the respondents. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
